Shipping: Processing and Transit time All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment. Orders placed by 12:00pm Pacific time are processed and shipped the same day.    Once your order is shipped, tracking number will be posted in to transaction details and you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped.    Transit time is as following within the borders of the United States:

USPS Priority 2-3 business days.

Transit time varies per country. In some countries First Class International may take up to 2 months to deliver a parcel.
Based on the order's dollar amount, parcels will be either delivered to your door or your post office will leave you a note to pick up your parcel at the local post office.
Transit time might be affected by major holidays, severe weather conditions and how busy US and your country customs are. IMPORTANT: Baby Family Gifts does Not charge International duties and taxes, as they vary from country to country and change quarterly.

Return Policy: Baby Family Gifts has great 30 days Hassle Free returns/exchange policy!   During Holidays we extend our return policy to 90 days.   Prior to sending your return, please open return request via "Help & Contact", "Resolution Center", so we could approve your return.    Your item must be in its original Brand new condition in order to qualify for a full refund.   Please make sure to return your item at your earliest convenience, especially if it is a seasonal item.   We recommend to insure your parcel, if item costs 50 dollars or more and get tracking number.   Any items with a sign of use are subject to 20% off original price refund.   In your return parcel, please include original invoice or package slip, and signed letter stating the reason for your return and how you would like us to handle it (refund or exchange).   You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
